Ambassador Programme

The Ambassador Programme is a world-wide internal communications initiative developed for GlaxoSmithKline. Cubist Media Group developed the web-based microsite, creating what has become a highly successful feature and content-rich resource for GSK.

Designed to give employees access to information about the company and the issues it faces. Information is presented in a format that enables employees to skim for top-line messages or dig deeper for the fuller story.

The Cubist creative team developed the concept and undertook all design, production and programming for the micro-site and much of the downloadable content. Major elements include a Presentation Kit containing a variety of corporate presentations with an overview of the contributions the pharmaceutical industry has made to society, an overview of GSK, and a summary of each of GSK’s businesses.

A favorite feature of the site is a set of downloadable PDF-based Factcards that fold up into wallet size quick reference guides about the company. A unique form wizard enables employees to customize the Factcards with additional facts about their local business.

Employees around the world have used Ambassador to obtain information about issues facing the company, download presentations, factcards and order videotapes or publications. The site has received acclaim for its easy navigation and as a useful resource for company information.
